The Infor­ma­tion We Collect

Our web servers auto­mat­i­cal­ly cap­ture your domain name, the IP address of the web page from which you enter our Ser­vice, brows­er type, the pages you vis­it on our Ser­vice, the amount of time you spend here and oth­er rel­e­vant infor­ma­tion about your vis­it. Google Ana­lyt­ics. We use Google Ana­lyt­ics for track­ing queries sub­mit­ted to their search engines. We also use Google’s Dou­bleClick tech­nol­o­gy for track­ing our adver­tise­ments, enabling​“tell-a-friend” social media func­tion­al­i­ty, and pro­vid­ing us with the con­tact infor­ma­tion of users who sub­mit a request for addi­tion­al infor­ma­tion about our ser­vices via click-through adver­tise­ments. This list may be updat­ed and mod­i­fied from time to time by DMG in its sole and absolute dis­cre­tion. Infor­ma­tion that you vol­un­tar­i­ly pro­vid­ed will be main­tained as long as DMG deems appro­pri­ate to ful­fill the pur­pose for which you pro­vid­ed the infor­ma­tion, until you request us to remove it, or for as long as per­mit­ted under applic­a­ble law.

Pix­el tags

Pix­el tags are tiny graph­ic images with a unique iden­ti­fi­er, sim­i­lar in func­tion to cook­ies, which are used to track online move­ments of web users. Required Google Play Dis­clo­sures for Cer­tain Health Apps 

Google has deter­mined that some of our mobile Ser­vices are sub­ject to their COVID-19 apps require­ments. As a result, we are required to pro­vide the fol­low­ing infor­ma­tion so we can make our mobile Ser­vices avail­able to you in the Google Play store. 

• Our mobile Ser­vices inter­act with your micro­phone only if you choose to use your micro­phone to nav­i­gate our mobile Ser­vices. Our mobile Ser­vices inter­act with your cam­era roll only if you choose to add a pro­file pho­to to use in our mobile Ser­vices. This infor­ma­tion is NOT used in con­nec­tion with any COVID-19 response or information.
• Our mobile Ser­vices access, col­lect, use, and share your infor­ma­tion as stat­ed herein.
• Our mobile Ser­vices were NOT specif­i­cal­ly cre­at­ed for the COVID-19 pan­dem­ic but rather exist­ed before the COVID-19 pan­dem­ic to allow you to access your health infor­ma­tion con­ve­nient­ly and secure­ly. We may allow you access to your COVID-19 relat­ed vac­ci­na­tion infor­ma­tion, lab­o­ra­to­ry test results, and doc­u­ments along with ill­ness-relat­ed infor­ma­tion using our mobile Ser­vice con­sis­tent with our Notice of Pri­va­cy Prac­tices. You may choose if or how you want to access, dis­play, or use the infor­ma­tion – like how you can make those deci­sions about health infor­ma­tion relat­ed to oth­er con­di­tions, ser­vices, tests or vaccinations.
• You may use our mobile Ser­vices to con­duct tele­health appoint­ments with your doc­tor. Our mobile Ser­vices only pro­vide the tech­ni­cal sup­port and plat­form for those appoint­ments to hap­pen. We do not inter­act with any health infor­ma­tion about you exchanged dur­ing any tele­health appointments.

What Should Par­ents Know About Children?

We under­stand the impor­tance of pro­tect­ing children’s pri­va­cy in the inter­ac­tive world. We do not use the Ser­vice to know­ing­ly col­lect per­son­al infor­ma­tion from chil­dren under the age of thir­teen (13) with­out parental con­sent. If you are a child under 13 years of age, you are not per­mit­ted to use the Ser­vice and should not send any infor­ma­tion about your­self to us through the Service.

In the event that we become aware that we have col­lect­ed Per­son­al Infor­ma­tion from any child, we will dis­pose of that infor­ma­tion in accor­dance with the Children’s Online Pri­va­cy Pro­tec­tion Act and oth­er applic­a­ble laws and reg­u­la­tions.
