Terrible bedside manner. Provider did not have knowledge on the nature of the visit when entering the room. Provider constantly provided excuses for their poor presentation such as being out of office or having a busy day. Provider does not create a safe space for the parent to voice concerns. Provider was boastful and arrogant when providing medical explanations and was judgmental when they received an answer to the their questions that they deemed insufficient. Provider lacks empathy and patience. It's evident that the provider rushes through their examinations and fails to identify non-verbal cues form the patient when they are uncomfortable. When the appointment concluded, provider said "nice to meet you" to the patient despite having already met with the patient x2 prior. The provider is grossly unfamiliar with the patient's history which further demonstrates lack of care and attention to whom they are treating.

The doctor is very attentive.

The entire clinic is welcoming and well-organized. Dr. Fuentes is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and makes sure I leave with a full understanding and clear direction for my care.

Having been in the care of Dr. Mark Gillis for over 20 yrs., I was anxious about beginning with a new Doctor upon his retirement ... However, I trusted him completely & he felt thatDr. Fuentes & I, would be a good fit ... He was absolutely RIght !!
