"I chose this doctor based on positive reviews, but my experience was very different. It was my first appt with any Duly doctor after moving to Illinois. Dr. Gallagher did not have a good bedside manner. At one point, I cried talking about one of my health issues and had to get up and get my own tissue. He did not show any concern or kindness, and I will never come back to him nor recommend him as a provider to anyone."
