I am passionate about helping you find the silver lining in life. I work with your issues in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental way using a person-centered, trauma informed approach. EMDR trained, I can help you change the way you respond to trauma. I also use techniques from both CBT and DBT to give you the coping skills to manage the stressors in life. We will move at your pace so that you can find healing and peace.
