My previous experience treating a broad spectrum of general to complex orthopedic and neurologic patient diagnoses has contributed to a personal philosophy of addressing the body as a whole, considering the many interconnected systems and daily activities that may contribute to or perpetuate pain and functional mobility limitations. I strive to listen to patients’ needs and partner with them to establish pertinent goals and treatment interventions that can lead to achievement of an overall higher quality of daily living.

Clinical Interests
Although my experience is diverse and I enjoy assisting all clients toward achieving their personal goals, my greatest area of interest is treating conditions related to the spine. I frequently utilize muscle energy techniques and manual therapeutic interventions along with an individualized home exercise program to facilitate gains from therapy.
Personal Interests
I enjoy modeling a healthy lifestyle for my four young children, spending time outdoors on family walks at various forest preserves and frequenting the zoo. I also try to model leadership and community service by leading my daughters’ Girl Scout troops. In any remaining free time, you would find me curled up reading a book.
