“The care of chil­dren is the great­est priv­i­lege” is a phrase that I heard on my first day of pedi­atrics in med­ical school and it con­tin­ues to be a guid­ing force for me today. From sleep­less nights to the devel­op­ment of young adults and every­thing in between, I enjoy work­ing with chil­dren and their par­ents. As the moth­er of two chil­dren, the old­est sis­ter of four sib­lings and an aun­tie to 14, I am sur­round­ed by chil­dren day and night. And I wouldn’t have it any oth­er way.

"Thank you for taking the time to discuss any concerns/questions my daughter had. Becoming a new teenager is sometimes tough. I appreciate you setting the tone for future visits and allowing young girls questions to be asked so freely and without judgement. No matter how basic of questions they seem to adults, navigating a changing body is difficult."
