"Dr Welch was extremely personable. He was quite friendly and listened well. He made me smile at a few comments. He walked me through the procedure to correct my trigger finger.' That really assured me. He said I would get a local' sedation. I enjoyed talking to him. He said he knew my sister, Dr Francine Long, and spoke highly of her. That also made me feel good."
