I believe in prioritizing the well-being of individuals and families. I focus my sessions on client autonomy and meeting them where they are at. This allows for a safe and comfortable environment. My goal is help navigate challenges while placing client’s needs and perspectives at the forefront of decision-making. It’s important for me to guide my clients and teach them skills that will allow them to take control of their lives. My hope is that my clients identify their strengths and resilience to facilitate positive change. Styles I use during session include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. During our initial meeting, we will take the time to get to know each other and design an individualized treatment plan that specifically addresses your personal goals.
