He speaks directly to my son and includes him in the conversations and in his own healthcare. He also, is always patient, listens to every question I have. He gives us his complete focus, and we never feel rushed. He is personal, kind, educated, and down to earth. He provides reassurance as well as what to continue to keep our eye on.
