"Every time I see Dr Hsu, it's like being with family. His bedside manner is very professional yet he is very down to earth and empathetic. Dr Hsu is very thorough and direct showing his concern as well treating me with respect and involving myself in the plan of care involved in treating me. I often refer him to others. I have seen him for years. He has often reached out himself either thru phone or message to reassure me and to make sure I'm following up with our plan of care but I know he truly cares and I'm lucky to have him and so is duly!"
