I love shar­ing my pas­sion for exer­cise with patients. I believe that when it comes to train­ing, it tru­ly is mind-over-body, and peo­ple are gen­er­al­ly capa­ble of more than they think. A lot of phys­i­cal ther­a­py is essen­tial­ly train­ing, but in the pres­ence of an injury or lim­i­ta­tion. I enjoy see­ing patients become stronger and even, in many cas­es, dis­cov­er a new­found love for exer­cise and their health, as a whole.
