When working with patients and their families, it is important to me to be very collaborative both when doing neuropsychological assessments and therapy. I believe that working together to identify what you hope to learn or achieve through the process and developing strategies to best to accomplish your goals is key. In my experience, treatment is most successful when interventions and recommendations are constructed not only from the knowledge and experience of myself as the clinician, but also with your expertise in your own life and engagement in the process. Life can be hard at times, so I’ll try to laugh and use humor in a strengths based, patient centered approach to help you overcome the most challenging issues.

I have enjoyed working with people of all ages in therapy, but I have extensive experience working with children and families. I am passionate about neuropsychological assessment and evaluate children as young as 3 years old. I often assess for issues related to ADHD and other academic related concerns as well as emotional concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and concerns about cognitive or social/emotional development.
I am definitely a homebody who enjoys downtime with my family. My son keeps me busy with soccer and video games. I love trying new recipes, dancing for exercise (and for fun), and watching all types of shows, movies, and documentaries.
