I aim to empower my patients to make the best decisions possible for their health. Being hospitalized is often an unplanned and overwhelming experience. My goal is to use my experience and training to help patients and their families understand their diagnosis and treatment options and make the right choices for each patient. I will coordinate each patient's care throughout their admission to deliver timely and effective services so they can get home quickly and safely.

Very smart doctor
Dr. Decker examined me thoroughly and listened attentively to my descriptions. He Is very knowledgeable, and very clear in his explanation to me. He is knowledgeable in the available treatment, medication options. He explains to me what I should do in the upcoming days should the first treatment be not effective and prepared me with medication to deal with it. He also is patient to answer my questions, even questions that are purely due to my anxiety. I feel very cared for by him and trust him and would recommend him highly.
Listened to my problems and prescribed a course of action. The doctor explained everything in language easily understood. This was an excellent experience.
