I am flour­ish­ing when I am on a bike ride with my hus­band and three small chil­dren. The end­less chat­ter of the kids, expe­ri­enc­ing new ele­ments of nature togeth­er, all the while push­ing our own lim­its of strength and endurance are the moments in which I am my best self.
