I began my career as a reg­is­tered nurse, pro­vid­ing hands-on care and edu­ca­tion to patients in areas such as long-term care, home health, med­ical aes­thet­ics, and ortho­pe­dic surgery. Work­ing in var­i­ous areas of health­care over the years has helped me devel­op many skills which are valu­able to treat­ing chron­ic con­di­tions. I strive to empow­er patients by encour­ag­ing auton­o­my, and to pro­vide indi­vid­u­al­ized care. I am extreme­ly pas­sion­ate about weight loss man­age­ment, as well as help­ing patients achieve their goals.

Out­side of work I enjoy spend­ing time with my fam­i­ly, stay­ing active/​running, read­ing, and trav­el­ing to new places.
