"The woman I saw was very nice and gave me options for the treatments I wanted to start and listened to me about what I wanted to do. She also explained what each topical and medication does and I feel like I understand the benefits and risks of starting the medications. I also attended my appointment 30min early but I was seen exactly at the scheduled time of my appointment, in case if my answer to the question about how long I was in the waiting room was confusing"
