"We have seen Dr Flores before. He is a knowledgeable doctor, but he has little compassion for patient (at least my mom). He looked at my mom and said " you are doing this to yourself" referring to the possible anxiety diagnosis. I am not saying to lie to patient, but a little compassion goes a long way, even when you are telling them that you cannot help them."
