We had called him during after hours the night before and Dr. Russell saved an appointment time for the following day to see our son regarding the issue. "First time visiting this Dr and had a very good experience with him. Extremely knowledgeable and I didn't have to ask questions, he already knew what information to provide. He also reviewed all of my daughter's health reports before coming into the room and was already up to date on those. All in all I felt very comfortable with him as my daughter's new Dr."
