"We like Dr. Lee very much. The only reason we stopped seeing him is because, and we know it is not his fault, he has limited time to spend with us to address all of our concerns as he is trying very hard not to be late for the next appointment. We do hope Duly should extend the time frame to allow the doctor has enough time to be with his patient and address all the concerns in a visit. It is very hard for us who have to work for our employer, and to see a doctor. Not to mention it is so hard to schedule an appointment with the doctors we trust, it is also that we have limited paid time off every year. Thanks"
