"The doctor made sure I understood the situation I was in and the steps I should take to perhaps achieve in getting some positive results. She also assigned a nurse to assist me should I have an immediate concern or issue before I can get an appointment with the doctor. The appointment was a very good experience and set my mind at ease."

"Dr. Kassir listened to all of my concerns and medical history. She was proactive in understanding my entire history so she could make recommendations on how to move forward and provide me with multiple options that would suit me best. This was by far the best initial visit I've ever had with a provider. Feeling so seen and heard is still surprising me, even several days after the appointment."
