I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over four years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. My passion lies in helping individuals take control of their health by combining evidence-based medicine with personalized treatment plans. I specialize in Endocrinology, working closely with patients to manage conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and other hormonal imbalances. Whether it’s adjusting medications, interpreting continuous glucose monitors, or guiding patients through lifestyle modifications, my goal is to empower each person with the knowledge and tools they need to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. Prior to specializing in Endocrinology, I worked in primary and urgent care settings, treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages. My background allows me to take a comprehensive approach to care, addressing not only immediate health concerns but also long-term wellness goals. I believe that great healthcare starts with strong relationships. I take the time to listen to my patients, understand their concerns, and collaborate with them to create a care plan that fits their unique needs. My mission is to ensure that every patient feels heard, supported, and confident in their health journey. I look forward to partnering with you in your healthcare journey and helping you achieve your best health!

Personal Interests
Outside of my professional work, I deeply value spending quality time with my husband, kids, and family. I have a passion for travel, especially beach destinations where I can enjoy snorkeling and exploring marine life. I also find joy in long drives, which allow me to relax and take in new experiences. At home, I take great pride in caring for my freshwater fish tank, which houses a variety of unique species, as well as tending to my orchids and other rare plants. Additionally, I cherish the time I spend with my German Shepherd, who brings endless energy and companionship to my life.
