To me, Boyer demonstrated persistence on looking on his phone to get to the bottom of issues regarding my problem. He lacked bedside manner and was late. He also didn't share empathy towards next steps for a problem I've had been dealing with. Also-while waiting for the doctor I heard him and the nurses talking about random personal life things while me and husband were waiting. It appeared he didn't have a important reason to keep me waiting
