My personal practice style combines a collaborative, holistic, and patient-centered care approach. My goal is to work with you as a team – your voice and preferences are an essential part of every decision we make about your care. I look at the whole picture — not just your symptoms. I want to understand your goals, lifestyle, and what is important to you in order to create a care plan that fits your life. My style is very patient-centered, so I’ll always make time to listen, understand your goals, and support you in a way that fits your unique needs and values. I believe managing a chronic condition works best when we work together as a team. Preventative care and education are a big part of how I practice — I’ll help you understand your condition, recognize early warning signs, and make informed choices to stay as healthy as possible long-term.

Clinical Interests
I began my journey in healthcare as a nurse 10 years ago by delivering comprehensive, direct patient care across diverse healthcare settings. These settings include telemetry, cardiac intensive care and medical intensive care units across the Chicagoland area. Through this experience, I learned the importance of working as a team, truly listening to patients, and communicating clearly – all of which are vital in providing preventative health education, obesity/weight loss management, and promoting healthy lifestyles. My hands-on care approach centers on encouraging patient independence and designing care plans that reflect their values, goals, and lifestyle.
Personal Interests
Outside of medicine I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, and exploring new areas. I enjoy reading and finding new, healthy recipes to cook.
