"Dr Drugas was very cold, mechanical, and non-compassionate. She looked more at the computer than at me. I had just gotten released from hospital. She was condescending in her comments to me about need for surgery and maintenance of a chronic condition. She didn't elicit my concerns or knowledge about my condition at all. Might just be her personality but I have experienced the same attributes with her before."

"I have been going to Dr. Drugas for a few years and always think I should find another primary care Dr after my visit. She just seems like she doesn't want to be there or disinterested or annoyed. It's difficult to start all over again w/ a new Dr and this is primarily why I stay w. Dr. Drugas. I'm sure I could get more compassionate care elsewhere. Just typing this makes me think I should make a change this year."
