No two patients are alike. The goal is to provide excellent results with fast recovery, long term durability, and most importantly, improvement in quality of life. Although I am a strong advocate and proponent of minimally invasive endovascular surgery, it is my duty to consider and assess all aspects of the patient in deciding the best surgical approach.
