According to his notes, the doctor spent 30 minutes with me diagnosing, coordinating care, etc. This is false. The doctor spent maybe 5 minutes with me. Further, the doctor said that I was informed and consented to the use of AI Technology to transcribe the appointment. This was another misrepresentation. I was neither informed nor provided consent to the use of AI Technology.
He explained in detail my condition, based on MRI image, and discussed solutions clearly.
He is kind and knowledgeable. He answered my questions.
