"The staff is welcoming and pleasant. The PA--I believe her name is Rosalina, I may have that wrong--brought me to the exam room almost immediately, took my vitals, confirmed my reason for being there. Dr Munn came in shortly after. I have great respect and trust in him. We discussed a problem I was having that can be caused by RA; Dr Munn discussed options and possible need to see a specialized ENT. I am so pleased I found him. He listens. I feel If I hadn't found him my RA could be much worse. He even reads the results of tests ordered by other physicians. I have recommended him to friends and family experiencing RA. I know they will be well taken care of."
