Patients are more than a diagnosis. I strive to understand not just what the issue that brought them to the office, but how the issue is affecting them in the context of their day to day lives. Establishing a relationship where the patient feels that they are heard and understood are important to me.

I have enjoyed my work with my athletes, returning them to their activities safely after injury and supporting injury prevention in the future.

Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, swimming and baking with my family. Running when I have time! Travel is always fun with the family, so we are always looking for our next adventure.
