"Dr Schwartzers is (was) outstanding, as I have been seen with this issue before but she treated individually again for my current status and plan needs. She is thorough, kind, compassionate, an excellent listener, and I notice always calls me by name and just asks a quick personal question. All the while, she remains relaxed and non-rushed. She is awesome."

"I have been having my annual exam done by the same doctor at the same location for a number of years. This was the first time that the doctor and nurse both seemed extremely rushed and did not provide thorough care/concern for me. My entire time with the doctor was less than five minutes. When I expressed some questions/concerns, she immediately pushed them off, saying I needed to see another doctor. There was no empathy, kindness or concern from her or the nurse. This was unlike my visits in the past, so perhaps it was a bad day or she is feeling stress from increased job demands, but it was not professional."
