I believe in spending enough time with my patients to make sure all of their concerns are addressed. My first priority is helping my patients lead a heart healthy lifestyle. I will only recommend medications or procedures if it helps one feel better or live longer.
My favorite thing to do is make pancakes on Saturday mornings for my family, which includes my wife, two children, (and two dogs). I also enjoy exploring for new coffee shops, reading books by C. S. Lewis or J. R. R. Tolkien, and watching sci-fi or superhero movies.

I have specific interests in treating coronary artery disease (blocked arteries of the heart) using minimally invasive techniques (cardiac catheterization, balloon angioplasty, coronary stents, etc.). I am also able to treat other cardiovascular conditions such as congestive heart failure, heart valve disorders, abnormal heart rhythms and peripheral artery disease.
