Pelvic health can be a sen­si­tive sub­ject and often great­ly impacts the every­day qual­i­ty of life of patients. I have been treat­ing patients with pelvic floor/​pregnancy/​women’s health/​men’s health relat­ed con­di­tions for the past nine years, exclu­sive­ly for the past six and a half years. My goal is to part­ner with each patient to devel­op a plan of care that is clear to them, that they are com­fort­able with, and that address­es their most impor­tant goals. Ther­a­py fre­quent­ly includes man­u­al ther­a­py tech­niques, home exer­cis­es and a great deal of edu­ca­tion to help each patient reach their high­est lev­el of function.

Clinical Interests

Spe­cial­ized areas of treat­ment include: uri­nary incon­ti­nence, uri­nary fre­quen­cy, uri­nary urgency, pain dur­ing preg­nan­cy, SI joint pain, post­par­tum reha­bil­i­ta­tion, post prosta­te­c­to­my reha­bil­i­ta­tion, dyspareunia/​vaginismus/​painful inter­course, bow­el dys­func­tion, fecal incon­ti­nence, and con­sti­pa­tion. I am also trained in Vis­cer­al Manip­u­la­tion which can be effec­tive in treat­ing con­di­tions includ­ing: abdom­i­nal mus­cle separation/​diastasis of rec­tus abdo­min­is, uri­nary urgency, blad­der pain, abdom­i­nal pain and constipation.

Personal Interests

I love cook­ing, bak­ing, weight train­ing, and spend­ing time with my fam­i­ly, espe­cial­ly out­doors. Some of my favorite places to vis­it are the Mor­ton Arbore­tum and the Brook­field Zoo.
