I spend most of my time with my family and pets. I stay fairly active and love the chance to do anything outdoors, such as hiking or kayaking with my dog. If I ever sit on the couch, you will find me curled up with a book or a crochet project.

I take a special interest in treating injured workers and have been trained to provide FCEs. I also have a passion for women's health; however, I currently do not provide internal-based treatment.
