"As a patient, I am more comfortable if the provider takes a couple minutes in face to face conversation before using the computer. I'm sure there is time pressure, which is an admin issue, not the drs, but it is disconcerting to have no eye contact or pleasantries."

"Dr. Wlodarek had terrible bed side manner. He was reviewing my MRI and giving me my results in a such a cold manner as if he did not care. I expressed some of my health history and he said "I don't care about any of that" in those exact words. I recall it vividly because I left the office crying. I am now looking for a different provider through a different network."
