"In the beginning, I did not feel that she listened. She cut off my sentences a few times and I reminded her at least twice that I had already answered a question. I could see that she was excited and eager to help me, but I had to slow her down. I purposefully made a few sighs and extended pauses. She soon got the hint and slowed down."
