I have a strong inter­est in shared deci­sion mak­ing, as treat­ment is high­ly indi­vid­u­al­ized and is a con­tin­u­um. Edu­ca­tion, pre­ven­tion and stress man­age­ment are also of impor­tance to me when man­ag­ing weight loss.

Personal Interests

Out­side of work, I enjoy tak­ing my dog for walks, wine tast­ing, try­ing out new recipes (although I’m a dis­as­ter at actu­al­ly cook­ing) and watch­ing scary movies.
