The University of Chicago Medicine engages Midwest Physician Administrative Services

DOWN­ERS GROVE, Ill. — Mid­west Physi­cian Admin­is­tra­tive Ser­vices (MPAS), a whol­ly owned sub­sidiary of DuPage Med­ical Group, has part­nered with the Uni­ver­si­ty of Chica­go Med­i­cine to pro­vide man­age­ment of its Medicare Advan­tage con­tract, includ­ing data ana­lyt­ics, Medicare risk adjust­ment, uti­liza­tion man­age­ment and claims pro­cess­ing in order to improve finan­cial and clin­i­cal out­comes. In addi­tion to its recent engage­ment by UChica­go Med­i­cine, oth­er MPAS clients include DuPage Med­ical Group, Edward-Elmhurst Health­care, the Break­Through Care Cen­ters, Salt Creek Surgery Cen­ter and Plain­field Surgery Center.
