DuPage Medical Group Welcomes Orland Park Physicians

DOWN­ERS GROVE, Ill. — DuPage Med­ical Group, the largest inde­pen­dent, mul­ti-spe­cial­ty physi­cian group in the Chica­go area, wel­comes sev­en new doc­tors from Orland Pri­ma­ry Care Spe­cial­ists to its grow­ing physi­cian family.

• Dr. Mar­tin Boren­stein is board cer­ti­fied in pedi­atrics. He earned a med­ical degree from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Health Sci­ences, Chica­go Med­ical School. He com­plet­ed a res­i­den­cy in pedi­atrics at Uni­ver­si­ty of Illi­nois Hos­pi­tal, and his med­ical inter­ests include asth­ma and aller­gies, as well as infec­tious dis­ease, Atten­tion Deficit Disorder/​Attention Deficit Hyper­ac­tiv­i­ty Dis­or­der and address­ing child­hood and fam­i­ly obe­si­ty. He is affil­i­at­ed with Advo­cate Christ Med­ical Cen­ter and Palos Com­mu­ni­ty Hospital.

• Dr. Maria Fesi Cole is a doc­tor of osteopa­thy and board cer­ti­fied in emer­gency med­i­cine and inter­nal med­i­cine. She earned a med­ical degree and went on to com­plete a res­i­den­cy in emer­gency and inter­nal med­i­cine while attend­ing the Chica­go Col­lege of Osteo­path­ic Med­i­cine. Her med­ical inter­ests include pre­ven­ta­tive med­i­cine, wom­en’s health and osteo­path­ic manip­u­la­tion ther­a­py. She is affil­i­at­ed with Advo­cate Christ Med­ical Cen­ter and Sil­ver Cross Hospital.

• Dr. F. Wil­ford Ger­mi­no is board cer­ti­fied in inter­nal med­i­cine and clin­i­cal hyper­ten­sion. After earn­ing a med­ical degree from Loy­ola Stritch School of Med­i­cine, he com­plet­ed a res­i­den­cy in inter­nal med­i­cine at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Con­necti­cut. He is a cer­ti­fied spe­cial­ist in hyper­ten­sion, health screen­ing and car­dio­vas­cu­lar risk assess­ment and mod­i­fi­ca­tion. He is affil­i­at­ed with Sil­ver Cross Hospital.

• Dr. Kevin Ger­mi­no is board cer­ti­fied in pedi­atrics. After earn­ing a degree from Loy­ola Stritch School of Med­i­cine, he com­plet­ed a res­i­den­cy in pedi­atrics at Children’s Hos­pi­tal of Mil­wau­kee-Med­ical Col­lege of Wis­con­sin. His med­ical inter­ests include asth­ma, aller­gies and child devel­op­ment. He is affil­i­at­ed with Advo­cate Christ Med­ical Cen­ter and Palos Com­mu­ni­ty Hospital.

• Dr. Rober­to Ramirez is board cer­ti­fied in inter­nal med­i­cine. He earned a med­ical degree from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Illi­nois at Chica­go and com­plet­ed a res­i­den­cy in inter­nal med­i­cine at North­west­ern Memo­r­i­al Hos­pi­tal. His med­ical inter­ests include hyper­ten­sion, dia­betes and pre­ven­tive care. He is affil­i­at­ed with Advo­cate Christ Med­ical Cen­ter and Sil­ver Cross Hospital.

• Dr. Scott Schieber is board cer­ti­fied in inter­nal med­i­cine. He earned a med­ical degree from the North­west­ern Uni­ver­si­ty Fein­berg School of Med­i­cine and com­plet­ed a res­i­den­cy in inter­nal med­i­cine at North­west­ern Memo­r­i­al Hos­pi­tal. He is affil­i­at­ed with Advo­cate Christ Med­ical Cen­ter and Sil­ver Cross Hospital.

• Dr. Ananya Spann is board cer­ti­fied in pedi­atrics. She earned a med­ical degree from Chi­ang Mai Uni­ver­si­ty Med­ical School and com­plet­ed a res­i­den­cy in pedi­atrics at Advo­cate Hope Chil­dren’s Hos­pi­tal. Her med­ical inter­ests include pedi­atric devel­op­ment and immu­niza­tion, asth­ma, der­ma­tol­ogy, infec­tious dis­eases and out­pa­tient pro­ce­dures. She is affil­i­at­ed with Advo­cate Christ Med­ical Cen­ter and Palos Com­mu­ni­ty Hospital.
