DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. — DuPage Medical Group, the largest independent, multi-specialty physician group in the Chicago area, welcomes two new members from the Elmhurst area to its growing physician family.
Dr. Patricia Merwick earned a medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, graduating with honors from the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She was chief resident in internal medicine at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center. Her medical interests include hypertension, diabetes, geriatrics, cardiology and preventive medicine.
Dr. Patrick O’Meara earned his degree from the Medical School at University of Illinois. He went on to complete his internal medicine residency at Loyola University. His medical interests include hypertension, diabetes, lung disease and preventive health.
