DuPage Medical Group Receives 2019 Press Ganey Success Story Award® Recognizing Innovation and Leadership in Transforming Patient Care

DOWN­ERS GROVE, Ill. — DuPage Med­ical Group (DMG), the largest inde­pen­dent, mul­ti-spe­cial­ty physi­cian group in Illi­nois, is pleased to announce it has been named a 2019 Suc­cess Sto­ry Award® win­ner by Press Ganey. The pres­ti­gious Suc­cess Sto­ry Award rec­og­nizes out­stand­ing health­care orga­ni­za­tions that have trans­formed their deliv­ery of care by improv­ing the safe­ty, qual­i­ty and expe­ri­ence for patients and caregivers.

DMG received the award for its pro­pri­etary edu­ca­tion­al cur­ricu­lum for providers, Patient Expe­ri­ence Uni­ver­si­ty (PXU). PXU com­bines class­room learn­ing, provider shad­ow­ing and per­son­al­ized data analy­ses to dri­ve provider engage­ment and improve the patient expe­ri­ence.
