Naperville, Ill. – DuPage Medical Group, the largest independent, multi-specialty physician group in the Chicago area, has announced the opening of the Naperville Breast Center — a state of the art breast health facility in Naperville at 808 Rickert Drive, Suite 101.
The Naperville Breast Center is fully equipped with the latest diagnostic technologies and staffed by specialists and trained breast imaging technologists who are dedicated to supporting the health and wellness of DuPage Medical Group’s female patients. The Center includes two mammography rooms, as well as rooms for stereotactic biopsy, breast ultrasound and ultrasound-guided biopsy.
“We are very excited about the opening of the Naperville Breast Center,” said Dennis Fine, DuPage Medical Group’s chief operating officer. “This facility brings the very latest in technology and medical expertise to the community, and we hope it will add a level of convenience that encourages our female patients to be proactive in remaining healthy.”
Dr. Anne Zimmermann will oversee the center’s daily operations and patient consultation. Dr. Zimmermann came to DuPage Medical Group from Naperville Radiologists in October 2011, bringing more than 20 years of experience and a well-respected reputation among both patients and peers.
A Board Certified physician, Dr. Zimmermann is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the Chicago Radiological Society, the Illinois Medical Society, The Society of Breast Imagers and The American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.
