DuPage Medical Group Appoints New Senior Vice President, Finance

DOWN­ERS GROVE, Ill. — DuPage Med­ical Group (DMG), the largest inde­pen­dent, mul­ti-spe­cial­ty physi­cian group in Illi­nois, is pleased to announce the addi­tion of Michael Tem­pler to its exec­u­tive team as Senior Vice Pres­i­dent, Finance.

Tem­pler joins DMG with more than 20 years of expe­ri­ence in finance lead­er­ship, includ­ing more than 10 years work­ing at GE Health­care in roles of increas­ing respon­si­bil­i­ty and vis­i­bil­i­ty. Spe­cial­iz­ing in cor­po­rate gov­er­nance, risk man­age­ment, M&A/integrations and invest­ment decisions/​capital allo­ca­tion, Tem­pler will report to DMG’s co-CEO and CFO, Mike Pacetti. He will work close­ly with Pacetti and hold func­tion­al respon­si­bil­i­ty for account­ing, inter­nal report­ing, cap­i­tal mar­kets, trea­sury, M&A and tax in addi­tion to col­lab­o­rat­ing with the finan­cial plan­ning and analy­sis team.

Michael most recent­ly held the role of Senior Vice Pres­i­dent, Finance at Unit­ed States Anes­the­sia Part­ners in Dal­las, TX. In this role, he direct­ed one of the nation’s lead­ing providers of high-qual­i­ty anes­the­sia, with more than 3,500 clin­i­cal team mem­bers serv­ing 26 mil­lion peo­ple. Michael received a bachelor’s degree from Uni­ver­si­ty of Iowa before earn­ing his Mas­ter of Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion from DePaul University.

Michael and his fam­i­ly reside in Buf­fa­lo Grove, IL.
