DOWN­ERS GROVE, IL – In a new cen­ter spe­cial­ly designed to sup­port care for seniors, Duly Health and Care is pleased to wel­come Susan Vahe­bi, MD, Ph.D., a Board-cer­ti­fied internist now see­ing adults with Medicare. Dr. Vahe­bi is tak­ing appoint­ments at the just-opened Duly Health and Care Cen­ter, 1034 Rohlwing Road, Addison.
