Duly Health and Care Welcomes Primary Care Physicians in Lockport

DOWN­ERS GROVE, Ill. — Duly Health and Care, the largest inde­pen­dent, mul­ti-spe­cial­ty physi­cian group in the coun­try, has added three physi­cians to its Lock­port Med­ical Office Build­ing locat­ed at 1206 E. 9^th Street.

The Lock­port clin­ic loca­tion offers a range of health­care ser­vices, includ­ing car­di­ol­o­gy, gas­troen­terol­o­gy, orthopaedics, pain med­i­cine, spine surgery, vas­cu­lar surgery, vas­cu­lar lab, phys­i­cal and occu­pa­tion­al ther­a­py, an Imme­di­ate Care Cen­ter, radi­ol­o­gy, and sleep center. 

At this Lock­port facil­i­ty, Duly Health and Care has wel­comed two physi­cians spe­cial­iz­ing in fam­i­ly med­i­cine and one physi­cian spe­cial­iz­ing in inter­nal med­i­cine. The fol­low­ing physi­cians see pedi­atric and adult patients at 1206 E. 9^th Street in Lockport:

• Dr. Sal­ly Salman is board-cer­ti­fied in inter­nal med­i­cine. She earned her med­ical degree from The Uni­ver­si­ty of Jor­dan and com­plet­ed her res­i­den­cy in inter­nal med­i­cine at Ros­alind Franklin Uni­ver­si­ty, Chica­go Med­ical School.
• Dr. Adem Shuaipaj is board-cer­ti­fied in fam­i­ly med­i­cine. He earned his med­ical degree from Kansas City Uni­ver­si­ty of Med­i­cine and Bio­sciences and com­plet­ed his res­i­den­cy in fam­i­ly med­i­cine at AMI­TA Health Adven­tist Med­ical Cen­ter La Grange.
• Dr. Caitlin Storino is board-cer­ti­fied in fam­i­ly med­i­cine. She earned her med­ical degree from Mid­west­ern Uni­ver­si­ty Chica­go and com­plet­ed her res­i­den­cy in fam­i­ly med­i­cine at Memo­r­i­al Hos­pi­tal of South Bend Fam­i­ly Med­i­cine Residency.
