DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. – Duly Health and Care (“Duly” or the “Company”), the largest independent, multi-specialty physician-directed medical group in the nation, announced today its Board of Directors (the “Board”) has appointed Dan Greenleaf as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Greenleaf succeeds Tami Reller, who is transitioning to a role on the Board. Greenleaf will work in close partnership with Paul Merrick, MD, the Chief Physician Executive and Chairman of Duly Health and Care.
Greenleaf brings nearly 30 years of experience leading healthcare services organizations. Most recently he served as President and CEO of Modivcare, which provides a platform of integrated supportive care solutions focused on improving health outcomes. Prior to that he served as President and CEO of BioScrip, Inc., the largest independent provider of infusion and home care management solutions, where he led the merger with Option Care Health. He also served as CEO of Home Solutions Infusion Services, where he led the successful sale of the company to Bioscrip, and Coram Specialty Services. He graduated from Denison University in Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Administration from the University of Miami. He spent six years in the United States Air Force where he served as an officer and navigator, including a tour in the first Gulf War.
