Duly Health and Care Names Dan Greenleaf as Chief Executive Officer

DOWN­ERS GROVE, Ill. – Duly Health and Care (“Duly” or the ​“Com­pa­ny”), the largest inde­pen­dent, mul­ti-spe­­­­cial­­­­ty physi­­­­cian-direc­t­ed med­ical group in the nation, announced today its Board of Direc­tors (the ​“Board”) has appoint­ed Dan Green­leaf as its new Chief Exec­u­tive Offi­cer, effec­tive imme­di­ate­ly. Green­leaf suc­ceeds Tami Reller, who is tran­si­tion­ing to a role on the Board. Green­leaf will work in close part­ner­ship with Paul Mer­rick, MD, the Chief Physi­cian Exec­u­tive and Chair­­man of Duly Health and Care.

Green­leaf brings near­ly 30 years of expe­ri­ence lead­ing health­care ser­vices orga­ni­za­tions. Most recent­ly he served as Pres­i­dent and CEO of Modi­v­care, which pro­vides a plat­form of inte­grat­ed sup­port­ive care solu­tions focused on improv­ing health out­comes. Pri­or to that he served as Pres­i­dent and CEO of Bio­Scrip, Inc., the largest inde­pen­dent provider of infu­sion and home care man­age­ment solu­tions, where he led the merg­er with Option Care Health. He also served as CEO of Home Solu­tions Infu­sion Ser­vices, where he led the suc­cess­ful sale of the com­pa­ny to Bio­scrip, and Coram Spe­cial­ty Ser­vices. He grad­u­at­ed from Deni­son Uni­ver­si­ty in Ohio with a Bach­e­lor of Arts in Eco­nom­ics and holds a Mas­ter of Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion in Health Admin­is­tra­tion from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Mia­mi. He spent six years in the Unit­ed States Air Force where he served as an offi­cer and nav­i­ga­tor, includ­ing a tour in the first Gulf War.
