Duly & Capsule

Duly Health and Care is now clinically integrated with Capsule, a pharmacy that provides free, same-day medication delivery.
Prescriptions have never been easier. You refill your meds with the touch of a button and they’ll be delivered right to your door with Capsule.
How It Works
1. Ask your provider to send your prescriptions to Capsule
When your provider asks about your preferred pharmacy, just say “Capsule,” and your medications will be sent over. You can also respond ‘Y’ to the pre-visit message to have Capsule updated as your pharmacy prior to your visit.
2. Capsule texts you within minutes to schedule delivery
Once a prescription is sent, Capsule texts you to view your medications and copay, and to schedule a time and place for delivery. Delivery is free — just pay your copay. All major insurances accepted.*
3. Prescriptions delivered to you, the same day
Your medications will be hand-delivered by a Capsule employee at the time and place you selected (home, work, anywhere). You or someone you trust will just need to sign for it.
4. Ask the pharmacist anything — all from your phone
If you have any questions for the pharmacist, just reply to Capsule’s text. Prefer to talk on the phone? Call us at 312−589−7620.
*Tricare not accepted at this time.
What Duly patients are saying about Capsule
“By the time I got home from the doctor’s visit, Capsule had contacted me. By 2pm that same day I had my prescriptions refilled and delivered free. I then asked Capsule to transfer my prescriptions from Walgreens. Within minutes it was done, with identification of the prescriptions and notification as to when refills were due. All of this within the first 36 hours of signing up. So far, OUTSTANDING service!”
“Thank you so much for taking care of me. I’m always taking care of everyone around me in my life, and it is really nice to have someone to look after me.”
“I appreciated the care I received from Capsule — they are prompt, efficient, and concerned.”
