If you’re experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness, such as fever, cough or shortness of breath or have had exposure to someone with a confirmed or suspected case of coronavirus (COVID-19), our team is equipped to test for COVID-19 and manage your condition. Testing for non-symptomatic patients is available on a walk-in basis at all Duly lab locations. A testing order is required prior to visiting any of our testing locations.
Getting vaccinated, along with safety measures like social distancing and masking, is critical in the fight to end the COVID-19 pandemic. All presently available vaccines offer substantial reduction in the risk of severe COVID illness, hospitalization and death.
October 25, 2023 - At this time, Duly Health and Care is only offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine series for patients 6 months to 2 years of age. To schedule an appointment for your child, please call their primary care provider.
If you or anyone in your family 3 years of age and older are in need of COVID-19 vaccines and/or boosters, please schedule an appointment at your local pharmacy or nearest county health department clinic as we await next steps on approvals of additional vaccines.
