Appointments & Testing

If you’re expe­ri­enc­ing symp­toms of res­pi­ra­to­ry ill­ness, such as fever, cough​ or short­ness of breath or have had expo­sure to some­one with a con­firmed or sus­pect­ed case of coro­n­avirus (COVID-19), our team is equipped to test for COVID-19 and man­age your con­di­tion. Testing for non-symptomatic patients is available on a walk-in basis at all Duly lab locations. A test­ing order is required pri­or to vis­it­ing any of our test­ing loca­tions.

COVID-19 Vaccine Updates

Getting vaccinated, along with safety measures like social distancing and masking, is critical in the fight to end the COVID-19 pandemic. All presently available vaccines offer substantial reduction in the risk of severe COVID illness, hospitalization and death.

October 25, 2023 - At this time, Duly Health and Care is only offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine series for patients 6 months to 2 years of age. To schedule an appointment for your child, please call their primary care provider.

If you or anyone in your family 3 years of age and older are in need of COVID-19 vaccines and/or boosters, please schedule an appointment at your local pharmacy or nearest county health department clinic as we await next steps on approvals of additional vaccines.
