Doctor was thorough and considerate.
The technology didn't work well. I was trying to do it off my phone. I ended up sending pictures and the doctor called me. It worked out well and I appreciated her willingness to pivot and still provide me with assistance.
Nina was very professional with my video visit, she answered my questions professionally.
I have had so many bad doctors that didn't care. Nina Matthew is a step above and renews my faith in the medical system. She's patient, informative and most importantly cares. Even if I change insurance I will do what it takes to keep her as a doctor!
