He is an awesome doctor. he listened to all my concerns
I logged on and waited over 30 minutes and the doctor never showed up. I then called Duly, explained what happened, was transferred to someone elese, explained what happened, was put on hold and was then told to keep waiting. At that point, it was already 40 minutes past my appointment time. My appointment was at 9am, I called at 9:30 am and at 9:40 am was told to wait until 10am. As I was still on the phone, I received a call from someone else at Duly, central scheduling maybe, and she told me that the doctor cannot see me and that I would need to come in and be seen. At this point, I had already paid my $20 copay wasted one hour of waiting. Why was I not called and advised that I coud not been seen via telemedicine prior to my appointment. It took me calling to say the doctor never showed to initiate the call, and that was 40 minutes after my appointment time. And now I have to waste more of my time to contact Duly again to get my copay back. Considering how many doctors I see and how much money I spend at Duly, I'm extremely frustrated and it's getting harder and harder to stay with the medical group.
Very good visit very glad to see Dr Shaikh and the whole team
My Dr. Is a very thoughtful ang kind physician.
I've been searching for a primary for a few years since I moved to Naperville and I finally found Dr. Seikh. He's thorough especially in his explanations. He clearly cares for his patients more than most doctors. He has great bedside manners. He also makes me feel like I'm getting proper care and I'm not just another number in the system. I especially love that he doesn't rush his visits even if that means I have a longer wait before my appointment. I'd happily wait over half an hour in the waiting room to see a doctor that actually cares about my health more than the number of patients he sees in his day.
