"I felt that I was rushed and wasn't even able to ask all of my questions because she was walking out of the door as I was speaking. While I feel like my primary concern was addressed, I wasn't given much opportunity to ask questions about it or anything else and was told what I was going to do instead of her giving me all the information then being able to think about it before committing. Overall, I got what I needed but I felt rushed and like I was just another thing to check off in the day."

"Dr Jester was great with the skin exam with my face. I just chalked up the redness to the temperature and sunblock not working well. She listened very carefully to my concerns and questions. She educated me on the specific cause of my condition,and provided exceptional Information. We also discussed ingredients with different sunblocks that could add to skin damage. Dr. Jester and her nurse were so helpful with verifying the pharmacy for presecriptions.One treatment and I could feel the difference. Great job by Dr. Joy Jester and her staff!!"
