I want to make sure we address any func­tion­al deficits or con­cerns you have to allow to you return to all your activ­i­ties of dai­ly liv­ing. My goal is to pro­vide patient cen­tered care and work on get­ting you back to what you love to do! Whether you have shoul­der pain that pre­vents you from par­tic­i­pat­ing in sports or wrist pain that pre­vents you from play­ing with your grand­chil­dren, I am here to help guide you through exer­cis­es, teach you dif­fer­ent pain man­age­ment strate­gies, and get you back to where you would like to be!
